Monday
B. 1 Herta chicken frankfurter, fried egg, portobello mushroom, cherry tomatoes, less sugar latte.
L. Nothing ( too busy with Christmas)
D. Last veal escalope and remains of creamy mushroom sauce and steamed green vegetables from yesterday.
Another less sugar latte and Lotus biscuits.
My Fitness Pal was telling me off again for not eating enough.

Weird today; my FBG was 5.4 (good FBG for me) but two hours later it is up to 7.8 ?!?!?

Mr C's birthday today, so:

Breakfast: Nothing
Lunch: Nothing
Dinner: (probably) Toby Carvery - will have the roast turkey - no spuds, no carrots but lots of the other veg and wine

So far 18g of cornflakes and three strawberries sliced over them with a little semi skimmed milk.

At around 1'ish I shall have a Tesco's seeded flatbread with a slice of cheddar and a little ham and probably an apple and then for dinner I think we have curry tonight and I usually have a small orange for afters :)

5.4 - stress has gone after yesterday ? I find if I don't eat something in the morning my BG rises. Doctor says it's just a liver dump and it always falls when I eat. Lunch I can skip but not breakfast.

Tuesday
B. 2 Herta chicken frankfurter, fried egg, 4 cherry tomatoes, portobello mushroom, 2 crispy bacon and a less sugar latte.
L. Black Tea (busy with Christmas shopping again - thank goodness for Click & Collect!)
D. Lidl High Protein Roll with 2 slice of M&S smokehouse chicken, iceberg lettuce, bit tomato, 1/4 avocado, and a little Helmanns- Heaven! Cup of Mushroom soup.
My Fitness Pal is moaning at me again.

Yes, I also get Dawn Phenomenon aka Liver Dump - but it usually gives me a higher FBG - it doesn't usually kick in a couple of hours after.

I'm usually fine missing both breakfast and lunch and can last out until dinner as long as I have plenty of water / black decaff coffee . :) If I have breakfast then I'm starving by lunchtime and feel peckish almost all day. I have absolutely no idea why.

My friend (who's suddenly turned in to an expert on fasting) says I should try a longer fast once a week to bring my BS down but like @Brunneria I know I couldn't get any sleep for worrying about hypos if I skipped dinner.

OMG - that sounds AH-MAZ-ING!!
Oh it was.....Marks smokehouse roast chicken is really tasty (and peppery) and that was my first Lidl roll after reading about them on here. After no bread in 3 weeks it was great!!
