What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

B. Blackberries and cream

L. Camambert and walnuts

D Cajun chicken with Greek salad. Strawberries and a squirt of cream.

Supper might be pomegranate and a bit of Stilton.
I've missed seeing these pomegranate pots.
 
The fast continues. Bed 5.2 last night FBG 4.9. I didn't have a good night with legs and achy arms and I got up to 7.2 thanks to DP before the drop started. Having had a good sensor at only 0.4/0.6 under I should have kept quiet. Earlier it was 1.8 off - now it is 1 under (had to check as Libre decided I was 3.2 (I wasn't. I was 4.2).

L. Nothing - just consuming water all morning
D. I really enjoyed
Rib eye steak with dijon mustard, 5 cherry tomatoes, 1/2 pack button mushrooms, fried egg and celeriac chips.

I was all 'saladed' out after 2 days using up leftovers with salad. Once again MFP reckons I'm anorexic as I'm under 1000 calories and it really doesn't like it.
 
Hello @maglil55 and @Chook thank you for the welcome back. We spent a super month travelling around Southern Ireland and I very quickly came off my low carb diet. As a result my bs readings were higher than usual and I have put on weight. So now I'm trying to get back on track and I find the discipline of recording my food here really helps. :)

Yesterday ( Thursday)
B - small slice of frittata
L - 1/2 protein roll, salami, 1 boiled egg and pkt pork scratchings

Today
B - nothing
L - not sure yet
D - as above - all in a tiz just become a grandparent to a beautiful little girl, . Finally something positive and good this year. Plan to go shopping and will then go for first cuddle later.

I'm not sure where to post (brag) about how I'm getting on with ND - so I thought I'd do it here each Friday. So this week I lost quite a lot but most of it was plob I put on while on holiday - REAL weight loss was 2lbs :) and another half inch off my waist

So, Thursday....

Breakfast: black decaff coffee

Lunch: black decaff coffee

Dinner: Half of an M&S chicken thighs dish - not at all nice - with a Lidl protein roll and a large salad

Dessert: 50g Alpro Chocolate and Hazelnut icecream

Drinks: Apart from above mentioned coffee I drank sparkling mineral water

Thursday ...

Breakfast: Two double decaffeinated espressos with cream and xylitol. Scrambled egg with mushrooms, green onions and fennel.

Lunch: Nothing.

Snack: Quark (this is something in between cream cheese and yoghurt, about 4 g of carbs) with cream, lemon, low-carb honey and a few raspberries. A few squares of 85% chocolate.

Dinner: Seabass with bellpepper, eggplant and cilantro in coconut milk. A cornsalad with parmesan, fried mushrooms and Caesar's dressing. Half a glass of red wine.
 
Celebrating a little today as my weekly weigh in showed that I have now hit the 5 stone weight loss mark.

Breakfast - none

Lunch - small mixed lamb/chicken doner kebab (no bread) with salad. As usual couldn’t eat it all.

Dinner - will be raspberries (defrosting) and cream and 2 squares Lindt 90%

S: coffeesubstitute
L: two coconut wraps with a handful of iceberg, sliced cherry toms and a tablespoon of homemade coronation chicken (chicken, mayo, pataks korma paste)
D: is about to be high veg content spag bol sauce over oomi noodles, with a scatter of Parmesan. There are berries and clotted cream for later, but I honestly don't know if I will manage any.
