Hi all, busy day and late getting home, I attended my first yoga class, really enjoyed it.
Coffee with cream when I woke.
Took a homemade smoothie to work for breakfast, almond milk and low carb granola
L salad of leaves, tomato and cucumber, homemade cauliflower soup, salami crisps
PhD smart bar on way to yoga
D cheese and tomato omelette, halloumi wrapped in bacon and some extra thick cream with sprinkle of granola, glass of red
Mega day tomorrow, full day st work then drive to Manchester for work on Friday!
