Ingredients
To make Spinach Surrender, you'll need:
  • 4 eggs 
  • 75g grated cheddar cheese 
  • 2 slices of ham cut into small pieces 
  • 290g fresh spinach, finely chopped 

Method

  • Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 6 or 200°C.
  • Place the beaten eggs, cheese, diced ham, and chopped spinach in a bowl and mix well.
  • Place in an ovenproof flat dish and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  • Remove the dish from the oven and allow to cool before cutting into 4 slices.
  • Serve with a salad of your choice and enjoy!
