What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Still getting good figures. Now asking my liver are you finally deflated? Bed 6.2 FBG 6.3 and pre breakfast was 6.7. A little higher than yesterday but I did have strawberries with a wee bit Alpro soya coconut ice cream. Today
B. Delayed due to Physio - was so hungry went to Sainsbury's Local across from Physio and had 2 cathedral city minis and a roast chicken thigh.
L. Leftovers from the Thai red curry from yesterday
D. More chicken mini fillets this time done with red onion, mushrooms and a creamy Madeira sauce done with Tesco's broccoli medley steamed.

Highest I've been today is 7.2 but mostly low 5's. Tomorrow should be interesting - Aqua fit and swimming day.

Breakfast: Eggs, bacon, chipolatas and grilled tomato

Lunch: Nothing

Dinner: Mr C is cooking - Slow cooked lamb with garlic, aubergine, garlic, red peppers, garlic, yellow peppers, garlic, onion and some more garlic - with double cream to thicken it up - oh, and did I mention he'd put some garlic in it??? He's used TWO WHOLE BULBS putting each clove in peeled but whole. I doubt we'll be having problems with vampires tonight. :) :)

Fresh raspberries and / or alpro yoghurt and a Montezuma truffle (still finding them very sweet)

Still getting good figures. Bed 6.1 FBG 5.9 and pre breakfast was 6.5. Even better post Aqua Fitand swimming I was 4.7. Touch wood.
B. Boiled egg (Hubby boiled a load of them for me again) Slice Tesco high protein bread with pate and a tomato. Tassimo morning coffee with cream.
L. Remains of last night's chicken mini fillets with Madeira sauce and a little bit lettuce, 1/2 Boiled egg, 2 santini tomatoes, few bacon bits.
D. Going to be a salad. 1 roast chicken thigh, bit mortadella, lettuce, tomatoes, boiled egg, 1/2 avocado, bacon bits and Helmanns.
May have 2 squares 90%.

Do you think I'll be able to watch after - this weekend is manic and I haven't got a moment to myself????

Breakfast: Bacon Roll (Lidl High Protein Roll), black coffee

Lunch: Enormous Costa Decaff with two pots of cream (in Costa)

Dinner: BBQ for my neighbours (and their children) - so far I've got steaks and a mountain of chicken thighs and wings marinating, home made burgers and some lovely sausages from the local butcher. I've also made a mixed olives, sundried tomatoes and feta cheese with greek olive oil *, sour cream dip, home grown salad (except for the tomatoes that will be coming from Lidl), various mixed packets of salami and cold meats, big cheese board and a low carb cheesecake - and, of course, plenty of wine

There will be other stuff that I can't eat or drink but I think there is a good amount of low carb stuff for me to choose from. ;)

*I've bought this mixture from Sainsbury before but it was surprisingly cheap to make a big bowl of it myself - cost the same for my big bowl as it did for the little Sainsbury pre-prepared pack - and it tastes better as I've used Greek olive oil and fresh herbs from the garden.

OK went off to bed on 5.6 FBG 6.9 and pre breakfast was 6.6. Swimming with the grandson who was as proud as punch because he got his Level 4 Swimming Certificate today.

Going to have a WhayHay protein ice cream too. Chocolate - new entry to Tesco freezers and in nice individual pots. Got the chocolate and the vanilla. Will let you know what they are like.
