No. It doesn’t taste like tea.

Lucky you, I've got my Polish cook book from when I lived in Lodz and Katowice but have never been brave enough to make them. I do make a mean bigos thoughYes. We rarely have store bought ones.
Lucky to have the haggis not so fortunate with the snow. Take care when you're walkingWorks with black pudding too if you can't get haggis. I'm in Scotland so haggis is plentiful.
I would like to try these but not sure when I'll get around to it. Hopefully within the next couple of weeks.I've made a diet doctor version before. They are similar to the Fathead dough recipes.

I believe cold can alter it a bit I’ve found it can stress you if you’ve got cold and possibly to do with this I find the same with my blood pressure interesting it’s lower when I’m warm probably cortisol raising it after stress of cold? Mine have been slightly higher first thing and improve later when in warm central heated room for a while! Lovely meals btwWeird - stayed away from the Halo Top but went to bed on 7.4 and FBG was 8.4 but it dropped quickly. Does cold weather up your BGs as there is no good reason for it. Fine since then
B. @Brunneria's cheesy corned beef thingy. As well as chorizo I added hot sauce today.
L. Tassimo Americano grande with a dash of cream.
D. Rib Eye , mushrooms, spinach and celeriac chips.
Still blizzard conditions, no public transport, most shops closed , schools closed. Will be stock taking on the freezer soon I reckon. No signs of this letting up.
I have an online delivery booked for Sunday which I hope will appear. Will still need to venture out tomorrow though as I cannot survive without coffee and there isn't enough to last until Sunday.Hope you all survived on this snow filled freezing Friday. What a day - started with us digging out our drive only to find we were all snowed in again by the end of the day! Maybe wasn’t worth it! I just had to keep thinking of burning my fat intake!
Breakfast coffee with cream
Lunchtime omlette with blue cheese followed by two squares of 90% Lindt as reward for the digging!
Dinner chilli with black olives in place of beans and one slice of liv life low carb bread made into garlic bread followed by lemon and lime mousse just about to indulge in a glass of warming red wine !
Expedition now needed in am if can get out as my carefully planned online delivery for first thing in am has just been cancelled so looks like a hike to local shops for now as car stuck again!
@Goonergal hope you are luckier with your online delivery than me! Nothing moving on roads round us at all! Well done on your 23/1 you really are on a roll
Hope yours dosent get cancelled like mine I was so disappointed as had got it sorted and planned a week ago! Looks like we both need to get our skis out! If only I had some! Take care my outing involves a search for cream too amongst other things at least I’m stocked up with coffee I couldn’t cope without the coffee either......I have an online delivery booked for Sunday which I hope will appear. Will still need to venture out tomorrow though as I cannot survive without coffee and there isn't enough to last until Sunday.
Going a bit stir crazy to be honest.
B. Another of @Brunneria's cheesy corned beef thingy.
Oh yes.....I'd run out of corned beef too but I found a tin.It is addictively alluring, isn’t it?
