@DJC3 Egg whites, triple zero stevia - about 1/2 as much in weight as sugar in normal recipe. Put half of that in at first as normal. The other half you make like icing sugar using herb/coffee grinder and fold it in at the end before placing in the oven. We had a trial and decided this method was best. Erythritol weights will need trial. After a 1 hr dog walk bg @ 2 hrs was 4.8 as opposed to 4.9 after lunch - just before eating EM, so Eaton mess stays!![]()

I haven’t got stevia so might have a go with erythritol. I have 2 egg whites in the fridge left over from mayo.
