What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Chopped fried Spam Omelette for breakfast, not likely to eat lunch as a result, keeps me full.
Well done on the weight reduction!!! You are doing better than me!!!
 
B- spinach and Brie omelette with chilli superkraut
L- chicken salad SLC roll.
Snack - 15 g bar of Montezuma’s absolute black with a cup of black tea
D- H/m burger topped with Brie and a sliced gherkin, with sautéed mushrooms and shredded sprouts plus a small salad of cherry toms and peppers. H/m chilli mayo. Couple of glasses of wine. IMG_1311.jpg
 
Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and a food dr bar.
Dinner: salmon and cream cheese on a LC roll with side salad and coleslaw followed by DGF lemon drizzle and cream.

Breakfast ......Skipped it
Lunch... 1/4 slice of ham and a few thin slices of salami.
Dinner.... Wild Mushrooms, veal sausage bits, cream, onions, garlic parsley, small portion of pasta. Greek yogurt, stevia, blueberries, seeds, a tiny amount of fine grate 80% chocolate, espresso coffee.
3 cups of black tea and 1.5 pints of water during the day.
I know the pasta was naughty, but with fresh hand picked mushrooms, it would be an insult to them not to sit them on a small bed of pasta Tagliolini.
PS... I just did my 2 hour after dinner test... 4.8.... which is 1.0 lower than first thing this morning which was 5.9.... So that little bit of pasta, which was a perfectly adequate amount, did not have any major detrimental effect on my glucose level. Good news!

B: 2 scrambled eggs
L: a tuna melt 90 sec bread thingy. A few spoons ff greek
D: pub, shared starter plate, 1 small kofta, 2 pieces calamari, soemthing else. Main was a disappointingly tough steak. After mint tea with a mini pud (one square of a coffee torte). Drank only water
 
Bacon, two egg and cheese omelette, fried tomatoes, two slices vegimite on toast for breakfast.
Savoury lambs liver and bacon, green veggies, small portion of dragon fruit and L/L sorbet for lunch.
Cold meat and salad sandwiches for supper at six.

Small glasss of single malt before bed.

Yesterday's boiled eggs.

Morning all. Commiserations to all who feel poorly, hope you all soon feel better. Have just had my coffee and cream and will wait till lunch to eat. I'm having chicken drumsticks today with green veg. I love them grilled. For tea, 2 non-exploding eggs with mayo. and a couple of crackers. Might not post tomorrow. I'm spending the day with my son-in-law, it's his birthday and I know how much he misses my daughter on days like these, as do I. She always made them so special.
 
Friday 4 November - bed 7 2 FBG 6 4. The "vertigo" or tail end of my bug seems to be going at last.

B. TAG and 2 slices of SLC toast with 2 slices of ox tongue and whipped cheese.

L. After shopping another TAG and a DGF Christmas pie.

D. Chicken breast cooked with SLC sweet chilli and cheese and I did thinly sliced saute potatoes for Hubby with pancetta and onion. I had some too. Not loads but it didn't do much damage.
A Coconut Collaborative little chocolate pot and earlier, before dinner, I had one of their Dipped Snowconut Sticks.

I am officially addicted to the Coconut Collaborative products. They're not all suitable for low carb but quite a few are. The little chocolate pots are "little" but enough to provide a fix. The Snowconut Sticks are really good. I think they're made from their yoghurt (which is also good). Between DGF Christmas pies and Coconut Collaborative I could be in for a tough few weeks but so far, BGs are OK and I'm not gaining weight.
 
Three hard boiled eggs, two slices vegimite on toast for breakfast.
Got a Red Roster whole roast chicken and veggies on the way home from getting my feet checked, and getting my toenails cut at the podiatrist. Also had half a KPM from the NT and L/Lsorbet for lunch.
Toasted bacon sandwiches for supper at six.

Glass of single malt before bedtime, had another good nights sleep according to the Fossil.

Feet are good considering what else is going on, still got a bit of feeling in my feet.
A bit of feeling is good, as I too know. Glad to say that as this bug departs, I'm getting a bit more feeling again. I was getting fed up with it attacking my hips and ankles.

That's a good looking omelette (as was @MrsA2 last omelette before leaving the USA).
