I felt the same way last time I made food for visiting children but I didn't think it would be right to try to make them eat food that was better for them than the white carby stuff they usually have. The one occasion that I was feeding them wouldn't influence their lifestyle.And, worryingly, I'd prepared food for "fussy" children who only eat white carbs, so they had white bread sandwiches, pizza, cake, biscuits and chocolate, drinking coke and fruit juice. I feel so bad for the next generations...
(I did provide cheese, cucumber, tomatoes and salad as alternatives but none of it was touched)
