Ah, thankfully my endo will accept my home BP readings, those hospital readings always say I'm close to death.

Sadly, this time tomorrow I'll be laughing at myself for my unnecessary nerves after a delightful visit with my endo, only to do the same stupid thing over again with nerves for an MRI on my back the day after tomorrow.

Never had an MRI before, and I'm booked very early in the morning which means getting up in the literal middle of the night for me.
But this will be over as well in the morning on thursday, and all will be well!
'Evening meal' turned out to be a couple of handfuls of 'chilli peanut and cashew mix' from a bag that had been opened for at least three weeks, with a best by date 5 months ago. 16.8 carbs per 100, perfect to get my dropping BG from 4.2 to 5.6.

Will likely do some midnight snacking on chicory with hummus, pork scratchings with aioli, or maybe both.
