What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

You can make low carb naan bread if you’ve the time or inclination. I’ve used this recipe before https://www.dietdoctor.com/recipes/keto-naan-bread-with-melted-garlic-butter but it’s a bit of a faff to be honest ( they were nice though). Otherwise you could buy low carb wraps. These are good and very low carb https://deliciouslyguiltfree.com/collections/bread-and-wraps
Thanks! I had a look at both and I reckon i'll try and make the home-baked version. I can make "ordinary" bread so I'll enjoy the challenge with this one.

Well, my office buffet didn't go all that well. Three quarters of sandwiches, a (quite large) chip, a few crisps and a Welsh cake (I know).

So I had a home made chicken & mushroom Jalfrezi with fried cauliflower rice (with chopped mushrooms and onions mixed in). Apologies for yet another curry picture.

Made a fiery curry tonight, came out at 14g carbs. Excuse the presentation though ;)

But, what I really need to know, is what can I have with it? I've looked longingly at naan, pitta (wholemeal and white) - is there anything bread-alike that you know of?
Why do you "want" anything else with it? It looks filling and nutritious and fills your needs.
Are perhaps you just in a habit, or feeling you need to bend to social pressure? It takes time to learn the difference between a want and a need.
I'd be happy just with a spoon :)

Transport caff brunch today as I met up with some old chums. I had 2 rashers bacon (why is transport caff bacon always better than any you can buy?) one fried egg and a pile of delicious fried mushrooms. Lord knows what they were fried in but they were yummy. I don't know how I have the nerve to be hungry now, but it will be Nuts Time in an hour and a half, and dinner will be a small but exquisite steak with cabbage, sprouts and cauliflower.

Keto coconut porridge with blueberries for breakfast.
Energetic morning and late snatched lunch of a packet of Curator’s pork crunch and a hard boiled egg.
Dinner was slow roast pork shoulder, unfortunately there was a power cut while I was out this aft so oven turned off! Meat was fine but crackling didn’t crackle - 20 mins in airfryer worked wonders. Brocolli, garlicky cavolo nero and the last of the celeriac dauphinoise.

Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: omelette night! Cheese and mushroom filling. (Bit scruffy round the edges this week!)

Dinner - wasn’t that long after lunch really. A local lady who has a small holding lets me have half a lamb if she has more than they will need. She dropped it round this afternoon so today’s dinner was a couple of super

lamb chops and slice of liver with broccoli and a single carrot baton.
