Followed by three squares of 90% chocolate
Dinner hm pork casserole with a few carrots, broccoli with one hm ( previously par boiled and frozen) frozen roast potato cooked in duck fat. I'm using a libre sensor for first time in a while and wanted to see what libre reported 're my bgs. Positive result - no discernible rise for me and already back to pre dinner levels less than two hours from first bite. Probably because I only had one bit though!I

Today for lunch I had two shakes: a banana one and a vanilla one. I was still hungry, however, so I don't think I'll get any more once my starter pack is finished. For tea I had two bake-at-home high protein rolls (18g carbs each) filled with tinned red salmon.

What are the crackers? They look very tasty.
Olinas simply seed crackers . I buy them from Waitrose - I have made seed crackers in the past but find it more convenient to buy and have in cupboard! These Olina brand ones are mainly seeds and psyllium husk so relatively unprocessed and low carb.
