Looks lovely. Let us know how it goes. I've made a fair few almond flour \ ground almond cakes over my many low carb years and they taste lovely but can be a bit heavy in texture hence my switch to Panda Flour to make a more regular cake texture. I'd imagine that as it's a nutty cake anyway that this is one of the cakes that almond flour would work best in.Thanks. I found this one:
