What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: same as yesterday Brie and cranberry on a low carb roll. Now at a weight I’m happy with I’ll have the odd treat, so DGF lemon and blueberry cake with Greek yoghurt.

Congratulations on achieving the weight loss you wanted - low carb pudding definitely a well earned treat.I maintain my weight loss thankfully even though I have a small low carb pudding once or twice a day.
It's great to be able to post photos again thank you and @IanBish for flagging this and @Pipp for flagging to admin and sorting this.

I can’t claim the glory for this. Mods work as a team. We do notice things going on in the threads and posts, but often have to depend on non-mod members to flag things up by using the report button, or tagging a mod or two.
Hope those of you who like to can happily continue showing your culinary masterpieces. :)

Now , not wishing to derail the thread and have a mod come along and tell me off I will report my food for today. No pics. Too late, I have finished eating until tomorrow

Brunch
Greek yogurt, full fat with flaxseeds, and ground mixed nuts, blueberries, 2cups black coffee.

Mid afternoon,
Iced coffee decaff, with almond milk

Dinner, thin slices roast pork, shredded red cabbage, fried in garlic butter with onion, seasoned with nutmeg, glass of slimline tonic, with a shot of beetroot juice.

3x 500mls glasses water throughout te day.
 
My biggest meal of the week: a lamb shank in red wine gravy, with green beans, steamed cabbage, chunky carrots, mushrooms and a couple of small sautéed potatoes. I just about finished it. And thanks to whoever fixed the image upload issue.

B- h/b egg, slice of cheese and slice of corned beef. Odd but quick and filling.
L- L/ c roll filled with slice of beef and sauerkraut. DGF cake.
D-lamb steak with a mixed salad topped with feta. 2 sq l/c chocolate.

I still can’t see your photos @IanBish
But I can see everyone else’s. Maybe it’s because I use Tapatalk? I will just have to imagine what your dinners look like, they always sounds nice.

B- scrambled eggs on L/c marmite toast.
Late morning- pack of Cheesies
L- L/c bread topped with corned beef, cottage cheese and a slice of pickled beetroot. 4 sq DGF milk chocolate.
D- Venison steak with mushrooms, broccoli and aubergine slices topped with feta.
