What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

B- 2 SRSLY mini croissants toasted and filled with ham and cheese. I love these. Very croissanty!
L- slow roast feather blade of beef with roast veg ( broccoli stalks, aubergine, mushroom and courgette). An hour or so later we had L/c brownies (that I’d made from the packet yesterday) and clotted cream. I will make these again myself as I have all the ingredients ( pack lists almond flour, cacao powder, erythritol, bicarb and cream of tartar) just mix with eggs and melted butter.
 
Breakfast kefir then scrambled eggs
Lunch a slice of ham rolled up with chunk of comte cheese and celery followed by a piece of hm LC coffee, cinnamon and walnut cake still warm from oven served with spoon of yoghurt.
Photo below is of the cake cut up ready to freeze. More rainy day baking, did choc one on Sunday

Dinner roast veg in olive oil with chicken breast wrapped in bacon and with grated cheese topping. Followed by hm LC lemon cake.

Today I had a soft boiled egg, slice of corned beef and a spoon of cottage cheese for breakfast
Lunch was a L/c roll filled with beef, cheese and sauerkraut ( for a change!) 4 sq DGF chocolate.
Today’s stormy weather called for a hearty dinner so we had pressure cooked lamb shanks with cauli mash and green beans.

Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: bacon and feta frittata with cauliflower, broccoli and carrots.

B- cup of bone broth
L-tin of sardines in olive oil.
D- Beef skinny rib strips ( thin slices of beef sliced across the ribs, airfry until crispy ) with salad. There was a stuffed mushroom too but it came later as I didn’t have enough room in the airfrier to cook it all together. 4 sq Montezuma’s AB

Lunch mushroom soup then hm LC coffee and walnut cake
Dinner made a home made roasted and blended tomato sauce. Added organic mince, onions and peppers plus small amount of low carb pasta.served with grated cheese. ( half sauce left for tomorrow's chilli)

Brunch of SRSLY bagel filled with ham and cheese, then Greek yoghurt and blueberries.
Things went a bit downhill after that- my washing machine conked out with a full load inside. Dentist app cost £200 then I overcooked the burgers we were having for tea so they were a bit dry. Had them with cheese in a L/c roll with salad.
The burgers are Aldi frozen Aberdeen Angus ones. Ingredients just beef, salt and pepper.
