What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: same as yesterday. Pizza base used same as @DJC from Low Carb Food Co.

Excellent pizza bases aren’t they? And so low carb.
 
Lunch: scrambled eggs on a couple of small slices of sourdough toast
Dinner: chicken & mushroom Jalfrezi with a small portion of Basmati rice
 
A nice (but too thin) sirloin steak, with red darling sprouts (which were nice), chantenay carrots, purple sprouting broccoli, and a couple of sautéed red rooster potatoes.

I hope your cold is better by now @IanBish , shame about that pie.
Today I had a few black coffees then an early lunch of L/c sandwich filled with beef, cheddar, mayo and a sliced gherkin. L/c mince pie to follow.
Early dinner too: sauteed pheasant breast. Green beans, sauteed sprouts with bacon and a mushroom stuffed with chilli sauerkraut and feta. 4sq Montezuma’s with almond nibs.

Coffee and unsweetened almond milk x2
Ham and tomatoes
Small piece of Pork and chicken pie
Yogurt too much
Dark Chocolate
 
Usual brunch. Dinner was chicken stew with aubergine, courgettes and leeks, one glass of red wine and 4 squares of Montezuma 100 %. That's all the chicken used up.
 
Breakfast kefir then poached eggs and mushrooms
Lunch piece of hm LC Christmas Cake and cheese
Dinner roast chicken and salads followed by a DGF LC crimbo crumble
 
Coffee and unsweetened milk x 3
Coleslaw and Ham
Coleslaw and chicken breast tomatoes
 
Usual brunch. Dinner was mince- shepherd's pie without the potato - and broccoli. 1 glass of red wine - that's the bottle finished, dry week coming up - then 4 squares of Montezumas finest.

Just black coffee ( probably too many) this morning.
Lunch - slice of spinach frittata from a deli. Chunk of cheese then a L/brownie.
Dinner- 2partridge breasts ( another gift from our lovely neighbour the beater) they are quite small so added a Waitrose 1 free range sausage (1.1g each) chilli sauerkraut, rocket and air fried cauli. L/c mince pie.

B- small piece of cheese and an advent calendar 85% chocolate.
L- another slice of the deli frittata with a mixed salad and seeds. 4 sq Montezuma’s AB with almonds.
D- Kedgeree made with cauli rice. 4 more squares Montezuma’s.

Lunch: a ham and boiled egg wholemeal sandwich
Dinner: what was supposed to be a corned beef hash turned in to something different (cauliflower rice, corned beef, mushrooms, sprouts, onions, garlic, tomato purée) but it was very nice
