What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Breakfast kefir then bacon and egg
Lunch cheese, celery and walnuts
Dinner hm LC pasta Bolognese followed by DGF LC crimbo crumble

I've been dehydrating clementines studded with cloves, to use as pomanders, all day today. The house and the air fryer smell very festive! Once dry I will wrap each of them with a ribbon, make a loop and add in a piece of cinnamon stick. Love the build up to Christmas. Need to bake some more festive low carb goodies in a few days.
 
B- scrambled eggs on L/c marmite toast.
L- Prawn salad with chilli sauerkraut in lettuce boats. V messy to eat but tasty. L/c mince pie and clotted cream.
D- Gourmet Burger Kitchen bacon cheeseburger with salad followed by L/c lemon drizzle cake. The cake is from https://ketokitchenlytham.co.uk I’d highly recommend but their cakes do contain xylitol so care needed around pets.

Back late last night as spent the day with a friend in Stratford Upon Avon, she’s type 2 too. I cooked dinner as she wanted to sample my LC kedgeree. So days food was:
Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and shock protein bar.
Dinner: kedgeree made with cauliflower rice.

B- 2 boiled eggs mashed with butter.
L- DietDoctor recipe Keto Reuben skillet. An odd but tasty and very filling mix of corned beef, sauerkraut, mustard and cheese. ( reminded me of the corned beef cheesy thingy that was popular in this thread some years back)
D- Pheasant curry then a DGF Christmas pud ( which had just been delivered) warm with clotted cream.

Coffee and unsweetened almond milk x 2
Omlette cheese and tomato
Bought a set of different Pork Pies for Christmas.
Had one. Not my usual So didn't have anything else to eat. B/S quite ok a few hours later.
 
Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Xmas lunch out with friends: pork belly with winter vegetables and skin on new potatoes (I only ate half of them) and red wine jus.

Late afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: lamb burger on a low carb roll with a smidge of rosemary jelly, salad and mayo.

Dinner delicious - very large - pork chop with mushrooms in a cream sauce

Followed by low carb crimbo crumble
 
B-eggs and 1/2 avocado.
L- Sardine pate with L/c toast. Slice of Panda Pantry Christmas cake.
D- Lamb leg steak, small piece of liver from the same lamb. Roast cauli and aubergine.
