Looks as though he forgot to put his teeth in. Forgetful - moi? What, and miss little gems like this Alf? Agree or not it is very witty and the gurning is top class.

Thank you @ianpspursThank you for sharing the video and kaleidoscope. Shame about the broom handle but getting out was essential. What were the odds on whatever animal it was disturbing the broom in just such a way as to cause that problem? You do seem to be having a long run of very unfortunate events in your life.
We'll pop him into one of those gurning competitions shall we...What, and miss little gems like this Alf? Agree or not it is very witty and the gurning is top class.

Could it be......It’s a problem John. I have two sisters in the USA and they have been worried about the direction of travel in that hugely divided country for quite a while.

I have been trying for months to make ribcage breathing my automatic normal breathing, but like you, the moment I focussed on something I forgot.Keep reminding us about rib cage breathing @Krystyna23040 I keep doing it when I remember, many times a day...but then I do something, get involved in something and I have a habit of holding my breath...when painting for example....and I forget. My oximeter readings are much better with me doing rib cage breathing. I am getting better at it.
I am glad you are healing quickly x
Really good news on the COPD and your ankle healing so well. As with yourself and @gennepher I find I can only sustain rib cage breathing by fully concentrating on that only. Google suggests singers breath this way. Perhaps we should all join a choir although they'd soon ask me to do the breathing and just mime silently.I have been trying for months to make ribcage breathing my automatic normal breathing, but like you, the moment I focussed on something I forgot.
I wonder if not having the energy to focus on anything other than the breathing over Covid was was what really helped. It maybe it just takes a long time to change your automatic breathing patterns.
One of my long term class members was so happy yesterday. She had COPD and had been working very hard on her ribcage breathing. On Tuesday the hospital halved her meds for COPD as her lungs had improved significantly.
Yes it probably does take time to change a lifetime of breathing habits @Krystyna23040I have been trying for months to make ribcage breathing my automatic normal breathing, but like you, the moment I focussed on something I forgot.

Thank you @ianpspurs and any offense would be so rude. Interesting quote - very apt.Thank you for sharing the art which once again touches on a sad but important theme. Some very kind, thoughtful touches today with the meal for Mrs Miggins' brother and the Black Dog duty. Can one say God bless you to a Stoic without offence? - blow it, God bless you anyhow. Hug for your sisters in the USA and your nephew @JohnEGreen. Kory with a C said y'all a have a good day now, sir as he rolled out his Blue Bin. The attached is a reminder (from Martin Kettle in yesterday's Guardian) we are two very different nations. I don't live there but I do live amongst Americans, talk to them and see just how different we are in so many ways. The impact of a particular type of Christianity there doesn't sit well with a middle of the road C of E man. I can't find any biblical justification for so much of what is held up as biblical truth hard as I try.
Thank you @gennepherThat sheet of paper Art Bit is amazing @dunelm
Thanks for the kaleidoscope - and your could be competing with Trigger for that broom - had it for years and only 2 new heads and 4 new handles.Fbg 6.9
Wildlife video of the nighttime beasties.
But alas, there were none.
Not a badger, nor a fox stepped into the garden all night.
There were not any fireworks going off here like there usually is.
Only Cat Jade wandered in, and Cat Chunky Marmalade strode through...

The subject of this video and the title is not a one that generates views, only 7 views instead of 700 ish! I knew there would be a severe drop of views. Wildlife know it is fireworks night and they tend not to venture out on fireworks night. And that is what happened for this video. Cats on the whole don't care, but dogs become a quivering mess...
However, I am pretty certain the badger came out last night, 6th November, because something knocked over my long handled brooms, thus jamming the doors from me opening them. My back doors open outwards into the garden. I ended up forcing one door open and broke the boom handle so I could get out. But it might have been a fox...
Creative...just a random kaleidoscope using laboscope.....
I had intended using some special stamps, but search as I may, I cannot find them...
Drizzling today, dull clouds.
Have your best day....

Tried a choir once, didn’t work out but the money was good - two bob for a wedding and half a crown for a funeral.Really good news on the COPD and your ankle healing so well. I gave this an agree, even though it Made me laughOne of the laws of stupidity tells us that we should never underestimate the number of stupids there are in the world.
Am so glad son2 decided to bring his American fiancée here. For a while I thought he would emigrate. This seemed more likely because one nephew has already done that. Married his American girl and emigrated. It’s a problem John. I have two sisters in the USA and they have been worried about the direction of travel in that hugely divided country for quite a while.
