The culprit me thinks is that piece of chocolate fudge cake I devoured on reaching my 40lb loss goal on Thursday. I had my hba1c blood test done that day and not due one for 6 months so had a bit of a mad moment. Or 2.... as I was caught with spoon in hand about 11pm tucking into another bit!!! Mine was 8.3 tested after going down stairs and let dog out made a cup tea to drink after testing came back up stairs does it make my levels higher. Or lower i am new to this
