Thanks @SaskiaKC - all support welcome. I thought a T1 who knows what 20 feels like would tell me to stop fretting about an 11. I feel stressed but not sure if it’s the spike or the anxiety the spike has caused.
Baileys caused the spike but the stressed anxious feeling is a Schrödinger’s cat question: am I racing because BG is high or because I found out it is high? Resisting the urge to test again.
Late on parade catching up. Had to work today so was in a rush to sort out mum and various jobs before making myself get on with the work! 5.1 this morning Just sat sipping a glass of low carb baileys while mum watches strictly final. Hope 3veryone having a good relaxing evening.

I find them very good for breakfast split with generous butter. @ianpspurs that little grandaughter of yours has it all worked out and willwind you round her little finger...and why not? 7.2 saturday morning, very happy.. only been on insulin 6 weeks, t1 misdiagnosed t2.was around 14 only a few weeks ago..
