I thought a T1 who knows what 20 feels like would tell me to stop fretting about an 11.
I feel stressed but not sure if it’s the spike or the anxiety the spike has caused.
Baileys is favourite
Baileys caused the spike but the stressed anxious feeling is a Schrödinger’s cat question: am I racing because BG is high or because I found out it is high?
Resisting the urge to test again.

You need to make low carb baileys no spikes involved.....
Late on parade catching up. Had to work today so was in a rush to sort out mum and various jobs before making myself get on with the work!

7.2 saturday morning, very happy.. only been on insulin 6 weeks, t1 misdiagnosed t2.was around 14 only a few weeks ago..
Do you know if almond flour can be used instead of the ground almonds?
I've always assumed its the same stuff. Maybe one is ground a little finer?
