    Had some laser work on my left eye yesterday, which made my numbers lower than normal all afternoon and evening. Unpredictable!

    Another 5.6 for me, despite the lingering lurgy sticking on dourly. Sneezing and sniffling has finished but a sore throat has replaced it. My Fitbit tells me I slept quite well both of the last two nights but I don't buy it as I feel just as tired as when I went to bed!
