6.3 after 14 hour fast, at least managed to sleep through till 6am , so shoulder less trouble than normal.
Rest day from running today, but may go for an early morning walk on same route , it’s very foggy, hopefully once cleared it will be another lovely day.

During the night had a 5.6 mmole reading, but reality appeared some hours later with a presentation of 6.2 mmoles/l.

Just got the HbA1c results from yesterdays blood draw.The result is 5.3% which is equivalent to 111mg/dl or 6.2 mmoles/l.
Also means that my Caresens BG meter is very accurate and performing well.

5.8 mmoles/l, no real surprise here,I was short on food supplies and simply made do with less intake.
