7.9 - Yesterday afternoon I had a 5.8 I was on a strict no-carb day. Blueberries, stewed Apple, Pear and cream last night. Also, rubbish sleep pattern. Shoulder needs an MRI scan tomorrow.
For no known reason: 5.9

4.6 at 6AM, 36 hours into fasting.
Yesterday for some reason the day average was 6.7 even though I was fasting whole day. I have no idea why it was going high as I wasn't stressed or anything. I even ended up walking quite a lot yesterday.
The readings from yesterday are behind my thinking that maybe I should extend fast until tomorrow unless body tells me otherwise. Let's see...me thinking is not always me doing

Thank you for the best wishes. I took a tumble in March this year, and only now is it being escalated to an MRI. Yup, NHS is under stress.
