What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

@PenguinMum your run of higher fbgs is puzzling but your A1c's have been good so the 3 may be spot on as A1c is an average - I think. Delighted for you @DJC3. I'll fit a new Swipey tonight but today in 2015 I was 4.3 on Stabbington Bear. Oh, I still love nectarines.:woot:

6.1 at 6AM. This is a surprise because I ate quite a bit of carbs yesterday when we went to a greek restaurant and so was prepared to see something in 7s or even 8s really.

Although no way of knowing how much exactly, i would have thought it to be about 200gms with the battered aubergines and courgettes that I gobbled up along with one pina colada and a long island tea.

Anyway fasting today should level things up.
