Never feel daft for posting your blood sugars, we are all different & what works for one person doesn’t necessarily work for another, last couple of weeks I’ve found having a Benecol drinking yogurt in the morning & a casien shake with unsweetened almond milk at night (slow release protein) works for me, next week might be a completely different storyYes, of course. I just feel "daft" coming back here and time and time again posting this yo-yo-ing. Also, I have this thought that I am doing myself harm by NOT achieving sustainable 5s and 6s, that others do.
