Morning all. Late up today owing to heat, suspected cracked rib and chest infection, so an 8.8 was expected. Am just a tad fed up!

Well my post yesterday was one of the ones that disappeared into a black hole. I was glad to see the back of it, to be honest, because it was one of those that disappoint.

This morning (this better not disappear) 5.7. I think that is due to it being somewhat cooler weather, more conducive to good sleep. Dreading the forecast incoming heatwave, but Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

I too found it slightly amusing my less then brilliant FBG post yesterday was one of those that the glitch monster ate...

So moving on todays FBG 6.8 ... headed back in the right direction after yesterdays little blip. Off to follow up day for DAFNE course I completed several weeks ago.
