Haven’t tried the pasta so can’t comment on that.
I love it and have the spaghetti as noodles as very thin and the fettuccine with bolognese. I only tend to need about 25g of pasta with a meal as filling - it is low carb but dosent taste low carb! Never puts my bloods up either.Try this link

tried to do a low carb chicken kiev with parmesan and almond flour ‘breadcrumbs’. All the garlic butter came out but it was ok - just poured it over the top.
@Goonergal was it you asking a while back if celeriac had a very strong celery taste? Don’t know if you’ve tried it yet, but my daughter had a taste of my mash, and even with all the cheesy loveliness she still didn’t like it because of the celery taste. Be warned.
A good "breadcrumb" I use is ground pork scratchings and parmesan. Sometimes I add chopped fresh parsley to it as well (veal, chicken or pork escalopes). Fish as well. Doesn't need seasoned the pork scratching takes care of that.Evening all.
B: 2 coffees with cream
L: mushrooms and halloumi fried, wilted spinach and a poached egg. Couple of Hotel Chocolate 100% buttons
Snack: handful of walnuts
D: tried to do a low carb chicken kiev with parmesan and almond flour ‘breadcrumbs’. All the garlic butter came out but it was ok - just poured it over the top. With broccolli and cheesy celeriac mash. The last slice of choc olive oil cake with clotted cream to finish.

If you want pizza without almond flour, I should try the DietDoctor recipe that just uses grated cheese as a base,

It is super easy and soooooo filling.
Poor you and the broken loo! Since eating lCHF I need to nip to loo really frequently not sure I’d have survived. How was the course otherwise? Do they cover lCHF? I’ve not been to a course hope it was of use.B: bacon and eggs. Coffee and cream
L: took packed lunch to Desmond course - cheddar cheese, olives, nuts and a low carb mug cake. Enjoyed lunch more than the course, especially as the only toilet in the building broke at lunchtime so we all had to sit with crossed legs and pained expressions all afternoon. No biscuits were offered I’m happy to report.
D: slow cooked shoulder of lamb with spicy crust. Spicy roast cauliflower and a spoonful of dahl. Not sure yet how this is going to affect bg. Fingers crossed.

Snack while cooking: celery with cream cheese.
