Hi All
So back to yesterday..
Brekkie usual slice LC toast butter and copious tea.
Lunch was piece of crustless quiche, 6 h/g cherry toms and chopped cucumber..
Supper was two lamb cutlets and chopped Portobello mushrooms all panfried together.
Today same brekkie.
Lunch also the same plus lettuce and spoon cheesey coleslaw.
Supper will be chunky cod fingers and cauli cheese.
@DJC3 that beef looked mouthwatering and beautifully cooked. Lucky to be able to get such good meat. I need a trip to my farm shop where the meat is so much better than the supermarket.
@Annb thanks for reminding me how much I like swede. I can only manage it in the microwave now, wrists mot strong enough to cut it raw.
@RosemaryJackson you probably need the comfort of bread while recovering from your fall. You will soon get back on track when you feel better.
