Thank you for letting us know about the Panda porridge I've never tried it - although have considered it - and now won't! The flapjack recipe looks good I noticed it the other day so looking forward to your report back.I sent off for some samples from the Panda flour range and breakfast was Panda porridge. Sadly it was a really horrible slimy texture. I’ll make their flapjacks with the rest of the porridge flour and hope they are better.
Lunch was a large green salad with feta, olives, avocado, toasted pine nuts and anchovies.
Dinner, a yellow sticker bargain from m&S harissa Lamb steaks served with green beans and air fried cauli and courgettes. Stewed rhubarb and 10% Greek yoghurt afterwards.

I’d forgotten the soda bread which is on the photo - this made with the plain Panda flour and was much nicer than the porridge mix.

My usual supplier had lamb shanks back in stock, so I'll probably have one next week.Lovely Lamb shank plus carrots, cauli and mushrooms for lunch today
