In 9s again. I've stopped metformin so it must be that. Had to stop til body can replace nutrients and repair my muscles/organs and settle my ibs.
I might return onto one or two tablets, a day. We'll see.
Ironically I'm losing weight again. Maybe my body was holding onto everything, even fat. Although I can move in my chair now and do a little walking til I'm exhausted. Still taking iron tablets.
