    Has anyone had good results in lowering their cholesterole? I am no longer taking statins because of having weird effects, I have started taking a small bottle of the yogurt drink each day, if someone has had a good result from taking this drink, how long did it take to work?

    Smoking

    Today I gave up smoking 5 years ago, and it was the best decision I had ever made. Not only because my overall health improved (Asthmatic) but saved money too. I dread to think now if I still smoked how it would effect me! so now my lungs are clear of the horrible tar that collects there...

    Wanted decent carrot cake recipe
