Last day of my holibobs got back home late
Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries and cream washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: raspberry Phd and a coconut cappuccino
Late lunch by the pool: cold meats and cheese with pork crackling followed by SF jelly and a CCB
Dinner at Bella Italia: bolognese spiroli.

Doing a large batch at a time is a great solution. And I’ll pick up some rollitos and try them out. Though manchego cheese in deepest Bavaria???? We are country mice so it’s a case of ‘if the farmer’s wife doesn’t cook with it .....’. Not wanting to be rude to the farmer’s wife of course. Spanish ham is available though!
