Second Christmas in our house today - for those who didn’t come away with us for first Christmas.
Brunch before they arrived- cheese omelette ginger&turmeric sauerkraut.
Dinner- super bit of brisket, unrolled, bone in, slow roast overnight. Meltingly tender and delicious, wish I could post a smell here. Served with cauli cheese, puréed swede, sprouts&pancetta, green beans&garlic&almonds.
For pud I made the DietDoctor Oven Baked Low Carb Spanish Cheesecake. It is very good, but I learnt last time to only add half the amount of sweetener they suggest. Raspberries and blueberries with it.
