More bacon and chicken wings?Going to be difficult to up that without dairy. Ideas anyone?
Extra virgin olive oil? Added to some oily fish,? I love sardines in olive oil with extra oil very filling. Salad with more olive oil? Meat with fat on it maybe cook some streaky bacon crisply to eat as snacks to go with your eggs?Day 1 of no nuts, dairy or alcohol
Had an uncomfortable night with stomach pains, but woke really hungry.
20g camembert 20g ham before exercise class (yes I know camembert is cheese and cheese is dairy, but last bit was lurking in fridge and boys won't eat it....must try harder!)
L: suddenly realised I have yoga at 6:30 so decided to try for OMAD but with enough to carry me through to tomorrow. However should have prepared and planned
Ended up with
3 egg omelette with ham, half an avocado, tablespoon coleslaw, 2 m&s flatbreads, one with butter, 50g greek yog with milled linseeds, 2 sqs 85% chocolate, 3 IKEA meatballs
Latter was as I was cooking some to have cold as snacks, and boiled 6 eggs ready too.
App shows Me at 24g carbs. It was the flatbread pushed me over. And reading the ingredients makes me wonder if my recent stomach issues are connected to wheatflour.
Took me over an hour to eat, but I had trouble stopping eating.
Missed my cwc very much.
Tum still uncomfortable
App shows me near enough with protein, just over on carbs but way under on fats. Going to be difficult to up that without dairy. Ideas anyone?
I use this recipe:How do you make coconut porridge?
Drinking water (hot or cold) helps me, or black tea or coffee as well.Finished my omad meal at about 14:30.
Did yoga class at 18:30.
Now feeling very hungry, tummy rumbling.
I keep trying to tell myself that's good and my body will have to burn fat instead.
But still struggling to not grab something.
Motivate me please.
What works for you in this situation?
I've had meatza pizzas. M&S had them 2 summers ago and my butcher has had them in the Summer months as well. They are very tasty.I've read of chicken mince being used for pizza base, similar I suppose. I haven't tried it, yet
