I hope they can give you some treatment for that. I know it can be a very painful condition and quite debilitating but, if you can take them, anti-inflammataries can help. Hope you can get to see that rheumatologist quickly.Oven baked parmesan broccoli and a low carb wrap filled with a mix of shawarma meat, onion, and bok choy, with a spicy mayonnaise based garlic sauce, very tasty!

Incidentally, neighbour-in-the-garden has Bechterews and is doing quite well on medication so that's a positive example.I hope they can give you some treatment for that. I can eat eat eggs but only 2 at a time or I feel sick. Although I love them done anyway, if I eat too many in a week they bung me up!I am either not keen on eggs or go too crazy!
Coffee and cream x 2
Cheese and onion Omelette
Tuna eggs and tomato and a little green pepper
So glad to know even @shelley262 has stashes and cravings {{hugs}}} for whatever drove you to itwas digging around for comfort food and discovered a 90% lindt bar that had been hidden out of way!
I've tried those. Yes one is very filling but I did find they raised my bg more the carb count would lead me to believe. Not dangerously high, but more than I'm comfortable with.Lunch was M&S sesame and linseed wholemeal flatbread
