I made a beef curry earlier today. The only coriander in it was ground, rather than fresh, like yours. I've left it in the fridge overnight (for the flavours to deepen and mingle) and will probably have it tomorrow. Expect a report!Dinner hm chicken curry with fresh chopped coriander.
