As I've been a good boy (carb-wise) most of the week, I thought I'd have a takeaway tonight. I had a Madras-strength chicken Dopiaza with a small portion of pilau rice. I didn't finish all of the rice, either. Hope my CGM approves.

Last day of hols today, we had breakfast at the resort cafe before leaving. Menu offered Scrambled eggs on toast but they happily swapped the toast for a couple of rashers of bacon. Great ending to a lovely hol.
Handful of mixed nuts at some point during the day.
Dinner at home was beef stroganoff with buttered cabbage and green beans. 2 squares Lindt 90% choc to follow.

I made a beef curry earlier today. The only coriander in it was ground, rather than fresh, like yours. I've left it in the fridge overnight (for the flavours to deepen and mingle) and will probably have it tomorrow. Expect a report!
