What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Breakfast kefir as usual then fried some tomatoes in olive oil and served on LC toast
Lunch left over frittata followed by the peel from a local apple and a couple of squares of 90% chocolate
Dinner hm pork shoulder casserole served with cauliflower cheese. ( cauliflower is such a wonderful low carb food and probably one of the cheaper ones - I choose mine carefully and use everything including the outer leaves and end of stalks which get put in stock or soup) I've got plenty left for meals over next few days.

B- as usual these days was Greek yog with m&S granola.
L- smoked salmon, avocado and scrambled egg. 1 sq Lindt 90% chocolate.
D- Take away curry I had a tandoori mixed grill ( huge, could only eat half of it) mushroom bahjee and saag paneer which I couldn’t eat because it was sweet. The others here liked it though. It’s always a bit of a gamble trying a new curry house but this was local to where we’re staying on hols.

Yes, absolutely. Another vote for Cavolo Nero! @IanBish.

Cavolo Nero is particularly low in carbohydrates so it's perfect for diabetics. It's a good source of important vitamins and minerals too.
You forgot about the delicious part!
I wish it was available here more than once in a blue moon.
