What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: meatballs in tomato and mascarpone sauce with cauliflower, broccoli and carrots.

Breakfast- Greek yoghurt and M&S granola.
L- salad with the usual suspects and a tin of crab meat I found in the cupboard but can’t remember buying. Made a pudding with 100% chocolate buttons melted with coconut oil and then cream stirred through.
D- frying steak cooked with onions, mushrooms and peppers and the leftover Cajun marinade from yesterday.

It’s been years since I had milk chocolate too. I fear I’d never stop if I allowed myself a little Cadburys egg now. I think you did extremely well to quickly give the second one away.

Late lunch of 1 slice beef with some blue cheese then Greek yoghurt with M&S grain free granola and a few pecans
Several cups of coffee and tea with lactofree milk.

Yesterday: brunch of Greek yoghurt followed by a piece of Stoney Cross cheese (do try it if you come across it - it's made in the New Forest and is delicious) then pre-dinner small quantity of assorted nuts followed by fry-up of 2 eggs, 2 rashers bason, one high meat content sausage and a pile of chestnut mushrooms. Afterwards 1 oz of 100% cocoa chocolate. Not a wine week.

Dinner out at local pub was chilli topped with cheese, with salad in place of rice, guacamole and sour cream. BG peaked at 7.4 which was better than I expected. (I didn’t eat the nachos)

Morning all. Yesterday's food.. 2 high protein sausages and 2 fried eggs (in avocado oil_). Tea was ham sandwich and a yoghurt. I know the bread has put me up but I bought it in a 'fed-up' mood and wish I hadn't. I have lamb roast today with broccoli. Have a lovely Easter Sunday.

I had an unintentional fairly high carb day yesterday, so I know what you mean. Like you I had lamb today. Well it was a lamb shank in red wine and mint gravy, with hispi cabbage, peas, carrots and a few sautéed potatoes. Blood sugar was +1.8 after two hours, so not too bad.
