I’ve never seen ( or heard of) purple asparagus
@shelley262 I don’t suppose it’s available widely? Perhaps Waitrose will have it.
Today’s breakfast was a soft boiled boiled egg, 1/2 avocado and some feta cheese.
Lunch was sardine fish cakes ( tin of sardines mashed with an egg and a large handful of grated cheese, all squished together before cooking - fry, grill or airfry)
Dinner, a couple of leftover slices of the topside joint we had Monday, with green beans and a cheese sauce ( which was an odd addition but the cream needed using up) glass of Malbec.
