What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Breakfast kefir then bacon and egg
Lunch cheese and LC seeded crackers followed by a large strawberry chopped and served with spoon of yoghurt
Dinner piece of frittata with salad

Just had a couple of squares of 90% chocolate with my decaffeinated coffee.
 
2 eggs fried in butter and a slice of ham for breakfast.
No lunch as we went on a longish walk to enjoy bluebells at a NT estate. Stopped for a black coffee at a pop up coffee van.
Dinner at home was roast topside ( 6 hr on dehydrate function of air fryer, 10 mins max crisp, then rest for 1hr.) It was excellent, rare and juicy. Roast veg and steamed broccoli with it and some local cheese to follow ( with Malbec!)

Previous attempt at adding photo didn’t work I don’t think.
 
Breakfast scrambled eggs and avocado.
Lunch was a large salad with ham and a ton of other goodies. Few Montezuma’s AB buttons.
Dinner- beef pot pie. Made with shin of beef I’d cooked in slow cooker yesterday with red wine and herbs. Pastry pie crust made with fat head dough. Roast brocolli and cabbage with it.

I was fairly careful over the weekend. Had lunch on Sunday lamb shankwith my 2 granddaughters then went to the hospital to see my American granddaughter's other Grandma who was rushed in with E-Coli. Happily she is coming home today. I'm trying to have a day with not much food. So I have chicken drumsticks and sausages to nibble on.

Lunch LC seeded crackers and cheese with celery - followed by a LC chocolate brownie
Dinner Sea Bream with local purple asparagus - well it starts out as purple then turns green during cooking ( like purple sprouting broccoli) put photo below of it before cooking

Just had two squares of 90% chocolate with a cup of decaffeinated coffee.
 
I’ve never seen ( or heard of) purple asparagus @shelley262 I don’t suppose it’s available widely? Perhaps Waitrose will have it.
Today’s breakfast was a soft boiled boiled egg, 1/2 avocado and some feta cheese.
Lunch was sardine fish cakes ( tin of sardines mashed with an egg and a large handful of grated cheese, all squished together before cooking - fry, grill or airfry)
Dinner, a couple of leftover slices of the topside joint we had Monday, with green beans and a cheese sauce ( which was an odd addition but the cream needed using up) glass of Malbec.

think I've also seen purple asparagus from Herefordshire in M and S but this was local to us in Worcestershire and had never tried the purple variety before. It tasted delicious.
 
Day at the coast so a little bit different from usual, but not much!
Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: coffee shop cappuccino and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: coffee shop coconut cappuccino and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: at a Brewer’s Fayre, they offer their burgers bunless and no chips but with salad instead which was great although they charged the same! I had a double burger with bacon and cheese with coleslaw.

Dinner pork loin served with braised celery, mushrooms and a few carrots followed by two squares of 90%chocolate.
