What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Breakfast kefir then mushrooms and poached egg
Lunch made some mackerel pate ( tin of mackerel in olive oil mixed with lemon juice, spoon of horseradish and seasonings) served with celery and garden tomatoes followed by a few berries and spoon of yoghurt

Dinner cold roast chicken with salads followed by hm LC cinnamon and Blackberry pudding.
 
Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: coffee shop cappuccino and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: low carb crab cakes with cauliflower, broccoli and carrots. Mayo on the side.

 
Breakfast kefir then bacon and egg
Lunch rest of mackerel pate with celery and a few garden tomatoes followed by some garden berries and spoon of yoghurt
Dinner low carb spicy chicken pizza (using SRSLY base) and salad

Followed by a piece of my freshly baked low carb panda flour coffee and walnut tray bake - rest frozen for next few weeks

Lunch belated birthday treat (from a lovely friend) at Dishoom - lamb kebabs with side salad. Forgot to take a photo!
Dinner chicken tray bake with pesto followed by a hm LC chocolate brownie
 
Coffee and cream
Omlette and cheese and onion
Double egg salad
 
Breakfast- 2 boiled eggs with microwave Gouda cracker ( @debbiecoops this is just the presliced cheese microwaved for 90 secs on a sheet of greaseproof - it goes bubbly and crispy)
Lunch - salmon with salad.
Mid aft- half my body weight in blackberries while we were out picking them.
Dinner- steak mushrooms and salad.

Lunch celery and cheese followed by a few berries and spoon of yoghurt
Dinner a low carb wrap filled with labneh, pulled pork and med veg.

Followed by hm LC Blackberry and cinnamon pudding.
 
Coffee and cream
Yogurt too much
Chicken and tomato
Cheese and tomato
Cottage cheese
 
B- Greek yoghurt with blackberries and seeds.
L- l/c bagel filled with beef, Gouda, mustard and a slice of pickled beetroot. DGF cake.
D- whole grilled plaice with ginger&turmeric sauerkraut, airfried cauli and mushrooms. 4 sq Montezuma’s AB.
 

How do you make the blackberry and cinnamon pudding? This sounds right up my street and I need to control the quantity of blackberries I’m eating. All my daily dog walks take me along lanes bursting with fully laden brambles. Dennis and I spend most of the time scrumping them from the hedgerows, it’s such a bumper year but it’s affecting my BG levels.
 
It's the same recipe as my rhubarb upside down cake - except I use cinnamon rather than ginger and blackberries rather than rhubarb - using Panda low carb Flour. Happy to post my adapted recipe if you have Panda Flour I can copy from my word file on my PC tomorrow morning if you'd like?
