Breakfast kefir then scrambled eggs on hm LC toast
Lunch picnic while out of two slices of hm LC bread with ham, mustard and grated cheese followed by hm is buttered barberry tea loaf.
Dinner chilli con carne followed by hm LC chocolate brownie.
B- ham and fried egg on L/c toast.
L- Yesterday I made a couple of individual quiches with the leftover Panda flour pastry. I took one for my packed lunch today.
D- the last slice of Steak and mushroom pie with steamed broccoli. Choc chia pud to follow.
Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: liver in onion gravy with cauliflower, brocolli and carrots.
Yesterday - my customary brunch of Greek yoghurt, small amount of fresh raw nuts and a kiwi fruit. Dinner beef mince with broccoli spears followe by 4 squares of Montezuma high-cocoa high-octane plain chocolate.
@Outlier 2 of my meals were almost the same as yours!
B- Greek yoghurt with walnuts
L- tinned sardines and salad
D- Mince with broccoli and cauliflower mash, comfort food for a grey day!

Lunch celery with hummus and three lc seeded crackers and soft cheese followed by hm LC coffee and walnut cake
Dinner chicken tray bake with Mediterranean veg followed by hm LC lemon cake.

Dinner: bangers (well it is bonfire night!) with runner beans, Brussels and gravy.

Dinner pork served with cauliflower cheese and mushrooms in cream sauce
B- 1 egg, slice of ham and a slice of cheese.
L- quiche ( L/c pastry) choc chia pud.
D- Large lamb chop ( I took delivery of a whole lamb from local farmer this afternoon: my freezer is very full now) cauli mash, cabbage cooked in ghee.
Handful of walnuts to follow.
