What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Coffee and unsweetened almond milk x 2
Cheese and apples x 2 (last of the apples) Won't get them again. I can't stop eating them.
Ham and coleslaw
Pork Chop
 
Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: coffee shop cappuccino and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: bolognese with sliced sautéed courgette, a few spots of sugar free ketchup and grated mature cheddar.

Brunch - usual Greek yoghurt with sunflower and pumpkin seeds. 1 kiwi fruit. small container of mixed raw nuts. Dinner - lamb chop with broccoli, cauliflower and sprouts, followed by 4 squares of high- octane Montezuma's. BG readings on the high side since I came off the 'flozin. Hope they settle down soon.
 
B- 2soft boiled eggs and Edam crackers.
L- Sardine salad followed by chilled LC creamy custard pudding.
D-2 Waitrose no1 free range sausages ( just 1.2g carb for 2) fried egg, mushrooms and chilli sauerkraut. 2 sq Montezuma’s AB

Breakfast kefir then bacon and egg
Lunch hm LC ham roll with a few walnuts
Decided to use up leftovers by making a frittata. I haven't made one for a while and love the fact that,if any left, its also great chilled for a picnic lunch the following day. Cooked a few ripe tomatoes, mushrooms, cooked chicken and some chorizo in olive oil in a large pan.

Added some seasonings ( chilli and garlic) then whisked 6 eggs and added to pan on low heat. Cooked through and then added grated cheese and browned under hot grill.

Dinner had slice of the frittata with salad. For pudding warmed a portion of hm LC lemon pudding with cream.

Dinner: lamb burger with cheese and a smidge of rosemary jelly in a low carb roll, salad and mayo.

Thanks for mentioning frittata @shelley262 , haven’t made one for a while, that’s going on next week’s meal plan :hungry:

Usual brunch - you must be tired of reading about it, but I never tire of eating it.

Dinner was beef mince with broccoli. OH made cottage pie and scraped off the mash for my portion. Then 4 squares of M ontezuma's finest.
