I've adapted this recipe by substituting the almond flour with ground almonds, using less sweetener and omitting the vanilla essence. I also ring the changes by grating a quarter of an apple, and some freshly ground cinnamon instead of berries

Has anyone else tried the Winter Spice Ribena? Its 'no added sugar' and has mulled wine kind of spices - really hits the spot if you feel you need a bit of TLC (especially if you drink it hot).
