Hi all
Seem to be gravitating back naturally to 18/6 fasting as not hungry until lunch. Mind you I always start the day with a flat white coffee (frothed up watered down cream) mixed with inulin which does tend to fill me.
Lunch 2 Lidl protein roll ‘crackers’ with mayo and turkey breast ( each ‘Cracker’ is a twelfth of a roll but feels like more.)
Dinner beef stroganoff with cauliflower cheese followed by small piece of oil choc cake and cream.
May well be tempted by gin and soda later as it’s still the weekend!
@Goonergal I really admire your exercise efforts - I was feeling good for doing 2 home based Pilates and HIT session this weekend. I love dr Moseley’s HIT idea as it is just 3 x 20second pedalling sessions going as hard as is sustainable and recovery between - its good as so short just hoping it’s as useful as cycling for a long spell which is what he claims! Pilates def works well on the core muscles which is what I want.
