Hello all,
It's midnight here, returned from work about an hour ago.
Breakfast: Steak tartare with mayonnaise and two fried eggs.
Lunch: Nothing.
About 5 p.m. at work: A salad (lamb's lettuce, feta, cold chicken breast, raw mushrooms) with Caesar's dressing, a small piece of low-carb carrot cake.
Very late dinner: A small serving of beouf bourguignon and cauliflower mash with butter and cream. A glass of red wine.
@maglil55 -- These are quite some low blood sugar numbers -- can't say I have seen numbers in the twos myself. Please take care.
@ianpspurs and
@shelley262 -- Hope your mother/mother-in-law start feeling better soon.
@Tori71 -- Erythritol is not quite as sweet as xylitol -- it only has about 70 percent of sweetness of xylitol or sugar. So, if you want the same level of sweetness, you probably need to use about 50 percent more. Alternatively, you could just use the same amount, but the food will taste just a little less sweet.
