Hello all.
@Brunneria -- So sorry about your flu. Hope you feel better soon.
@zauberflote -- Agree, I miss beer too -- alas too carby. Once in a while I will have sip of my husband's. (In summer, it might even be a larger sip -- more like a third of his glass).
Today ...
Breakfast: Two double decaffeinated espressos with cream and erythritol.
Lunch: A coconut-peanut butter soup with duck breast, celery, bell pepper and a small amount of carrots. Two of the coconut bites. Half of a low-carb flatbread with butter.
Dinner: Fried asparagus, turkey liver in a pastis-mustard cream sauce. Two heaped tablespoons of lupin bean hummus. Lamb's lettuce in a lime-mustard-orange oil dressing with feta cheese.
Was intending to make a chocolate hazelnut egg liqueur, but got kind of late. I used to love this cake, but haven't made it in more than ten years. It is actually quite low-carb, once you substitute erythritol for the sugar. So, planning to do this tomorrow.
