Breakfast: back to my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries and cream washed down with a black coffee.

Late morning: black coffee and white chocolate phd bar.
Late Lunch: Babybels and a small leafy salad followed by Greek yoghurt, coffee chia pudding and LC chocolate granola.
Dinner: daughter’s choice for her birthday, delivered burgers, I had chicken breast and left the bun! Followed by the thinnest slither of chocolate birthday cake!
