Breakfast: made my Dad's favourite. He used to call it "baked egg" and loved it with a chunk of crusty bread to dip in. It was cheddar cheese chunks around a small dish and an egg broken into the centre, then baked in a moderate oven. I did it in the microwave and had it without the bread. So that was an all protein meal to start the day. That's quite enough cheese to last all day as well.
2nd meal: will be a couple of pork sausages with the remaining cauliflower mash mixed with the remaining leeks. Small amount of carbs in the veg and in the sausage - not sure how many but it will have to do.
