... I like the word thawed better than defrosted so I'll stick to thawed (and wondering why it isn't thawn but not asking because this thread is about food and I still have that pesky retired mod badge urging me to not derail too much even at 2:30 am).
Thaw is a weak English verb, so you just add -ed, whereas strong English verbs like to freeze or to choose change in various ways such as frozen and chosen.

		 Needless to say I didn't eat them all! To keep in line with the thread, I had a piece of fish from the fish shop yesterday (not good I know) but today I have some red cabbage, celeriac and sausages so back on the wagon and hope I don't fall off so quickly. Have a good weekend folks.
